´La Condamine´ is a splendid villa of 90 m² in grounds of 2000m ², located on the edge and on the heights of Villerouge-Termenès, with a splendid view of the village and its medieval castle.
Endowed with a terrace of 70 m ² with an equipped barbecue, you will appreciate the nice days that the Corbières offer you throughout the year.
3 bedrooms, with 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed wait for you to spend pleasant nights listening to the sound of cicadas.
Description of the Villa:
The main room consists of an American kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, a living/dining room with TV, DVD, a leather sofa bed, a buffet with dishes etc. There is a separate toilet.
From the main room a corridor leads you to the bedrooms and to the bathroom.
The pink bedroom is endowed with a beautiful iron forged double bed with its two chests of drawers and a big cupboard. The blue bedroom has an iron forged double bed with its 2 chests of drawers. And the yellow bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for 2 children. The bathroom has a bath tub and 1 washbasin.
In the garage is the washing machine, a kitchen sink and a big shower cubicle hydro-massante to relax after an active day.
Villerouge-Termenès is a medieval village, with its castle classified as Historic Monument since 1976. You can eat local prodcuts in the heart of the village in a cathar restaurant.
The baker delivers the bread during the week and a shop with local products as well as the wine cellar are nearby.
Right in the heart of Corbières, along the ´route des Cathares´, you can choose to visit Cathar castles or to walk around on marked out paths or to go swimming in the sea (50 minutes by car) or to bathe in a river of fresh water in ´Termes´...
Possibility of renting off season for couples.
