Characteristic, traditional stone house, originally from the 18th and 19th century, recently renovated and situated in the small valley of the Condoie, quiet and peaceful, yet just at 6 km distance of Lamastre.
There are 3 gites in this building (part of a small hamlet), so ideal for groups or big families (ask for our special rates).
The gite ´La Rossille´ is a comfortable house with conveniences as an open fire place, a garden and a private terrace. Sleeps 4 - 6 people, baby cot available on request.
Kitchen 20 m²,with large table, gas stove and dish washer, coffee maker (the gîtes were furnished according to feng-shui principles in order to bring about recovery and rest - since micro waves are considered being bad, there is no micro-wave here!).
Living 28 m² with open fire place, TV (Satellite Astra), CD-player
Bedroom with double bed (140 x 190) and bedroom with 2 x single bed (90 x 190).
Small library in between the two bedrooms with convertible sofa (double)
Bathroom with tub, toilet and washing machine
Terrace with furniture and parasol, barbecue.

Central heating and open fire place (during cold periods a small recompense of 10 Euro/day will be asked)
The Ardèche Verte (green Ardèche): every scenery is like a postal card. The valley of the Doux offers 750 km marked foot paths through the Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d´Ardeche.
At 6 km distance you will find Lamastre, with all commodities and every Tuesday and Saturday market. At 7 km distance you can swim in the river at Retourtour.
Worth visiting is also the Gerbier des Joncs, where the Loire arises.
(Final cleaning is included if you take care of this yourself, according to the checklist you will get on your arrival. If you don´t want to do so, a supplement of 50 Euro will be charged.)
