Experience country life in the lovely village of Boutenac, nestled in the Corbieres wine country where every turn in the road is postcard picturesque. Located in the department of the Aude, this area of southern France is rich in history and bathed in straightforward and welcoming authenticity.
The house has three clean, spacious and charming bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2.5 baths, and a pleasant terrace with bar-b-cue.
This simple but very comfortable home comes well equipped with DSL, wireless printing, maps, brochures, and views of the wine country. Boutenac is .30 minutes to good beaches; 2.5 hours to Barcelona; 30 minutes to the great cities of Carcassonne and Narbonne; and close to villages of exquisite beauty, historical interest, and excellent vineyards. The house is in the center of the village, a few steps to shops and the colorful Bounty Bar. This quietly bustling village is friendly and inviting.
