In the heart of Corbières, on the road of the Cathar castles and the good wines, the gîte ´Panorama´ waits you on the top of Lagrasse. Medieval, classified being one of the most beautiful villages of France, with the abbey, its paved streets and its stone houses.
The villa ´ Panorama´ completely new, is endowed with all comfort in a modern style with its leather sofas, glass tables and design beds.
Description:
A big garage in the basement of 20 m ² will allow you to store various holiday equipments or to park your vehicle if the adjacent car park does not have a place anymore.
By going up staircases, you will reach the front door and the terrace north side from where you will have an open view to Lagrasse.
The main room includes the dining room, the living room and the fitted kitchen.
The big American kitchen is endowed with a big fridge with a freezing compartment, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, induction cooker and a variety of kitchenware.
The modern living room consists of 2 black leather sofas with a glass table, TV and DVD, satellite Astra. The dining room is endowed with a glass table with beautiful modern chairs.
2 big glass doors bring you to the garden of 400m ² with its table in teak and its deckchairs.
A calm place where you can bask in the sound of cicadas and in the smells of scrublands. The corridor next to the kitchen brings you to 3 rooms, to the separate toilet and in the bathroom.
The largest bedroom is endowed with a king size bed with its 2 bedside tables and a matching sideboard, on which the big television with DVD.
The 2nd bedroom consists of a double bed with 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a huge built-in wardrobe. A radio alarm clock will bring you some music!
The 3rd bedroom consists of a double bed with 2 bedside tables.
The bathroom consists of 2 washbasins with drawers of arrangements and a huge shower tiled with river stones.
Down the gite is the heart of the village with all its shops (bakery, grocer´s shop, pharmacy, restaurants, café, tobacco-press, souvenir shops), as well as the river and its beach fitted out for pleasant bathing.
The sea is about 40 km away. Carcassonne, its city and its airport about 40 km, Lézignan 15 km, and all aroungd you will find numerous visits of castles, wine cellars, natural parks of the fauna and the flora, the wildlife park, etc.....
